By accessing the website at https://sendbloop.com (hereinafter referred to as "we" , "sendbloop" or "Site" ), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree to be responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. The materials on this Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any use of the Site implies by operation of law the acceptance by the users of the Site of the present TOS and any order made via the Site also implies acceptance of the general conditions of the banking service provider Stripe.

Use of the app

By using the Site, you declare and warrant that:

  2. You will maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update this information as necessary;
  3. You agree to abide by these terms of use;

Termination or closure

  1. By the user: The suspension of the subscription has the effect of depriving the user of the possibility of accessing the Site, and therefore all of its functionalities.
    1. Free subscription: You can close your account at any time by deleting the account associated with your username by contacting us at the following email address: home@sendbloop.com.
    2. Paid Subscription: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your subscription will take effect at the end of the period already paid.
  2. Through the Site: In the event of a breach by the user of the provisions of these general conditions of use, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to refuse access and use of the Site to any person (or IP address), for any reason or no reason, including, but not limited to, breach of any representation, warranty or covenant contained herein terms of use or any applicable law or regulation.

Applicable right

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rennes, France, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of such state or location.
